❌️ The sweet DANGER of sugary drinks! ❌️

It's everywhere and in everything that most people consume in their daily beverage intake, whether it be a milk product, a Starbucks latte, a sport drink, or even an alcoholic drink. Unfortunately we are all addicted!

High-fructose (corn syrup) and simple sugar is literally added to most beverages and processed foods. Do you ever read the labels in the back of these products? Unless you avoided sugary drinks and snacks as a kid, then you are one of billions of people afflicted and affected by this poison. ☠️

It causes many health issues:

👎Increase weight gain & inflammation

👎Increase high blood pressure & cholesterol levels

👎 Increase risk of Diabetes, Cardiac Diseases, Cancer

👎Decreases brain health ie dementia

👎Increase in depression and anxiety and many more

💥 How to avoid refined sugars ⁉️

✅️ Avoid processed & packaged foods/drinks and as much as you can (it's hard but doable)

✅️ Substitute with natural sugars such as honey and eating raw fruits (but of course in moderation)

✅️ Drink water and add lemon/lime instead of pop or bottled drinks & alcohol

✅️ Fasting ~ juices ie celery with added lemon, ginger, green leafy vegetables; or don't eat for 16 hours & eat only within an 8 hour window or less to help with ➡️

✅️ DETOX ~ exercise & sweat it out or go to an alternative clinic that does detox protocols

Like any addiction, becoming aware of the issue and accepting that you have a problem is the first step to change and healing. Seeking or asking for assistance in the process is the second step. Now the question is:
